Subaru company embarked on the final road test of the new generation of the Impreza hatchback. Photospies managed to photograph the car on the tests in the United States. As reported, World Car Fans, car premiere to be held in the coming months.
The new Impreza will be built on the Subaru Global Platform (SGP) platform. The novelty will receive sporty design as well as advanced safety systems. The car will be equipped with a new family of engines, technical details of which are kept secret. All motors will work in conjunction with a six-speed manual transmission. Optionally, customers will be offered continuously variable transmission.
Recall that in last year's Tokyo Motor Show Subaru unveiled a concept five-door hatchback, which is a
precursor of the next-generation Impreza. The car has an aggressive design, wide body, hexagonal grille, headlights in the form of Hawkeye and voluminous wheel arches.
